The Washed Out method for christmas lights.
We install commercial-grade LED, not the plastic strings from the hardware store. Every strand is cut to length on your roofline, connected with weather-sealed plugs, clipped with all-Trim clips (never a nail), and tested before we leave. Warm white is our most-requested; pure white and color are equally available.
The install season starts November 5. We book fast, coastal North County usually sells out by mid-October. Sign up early and we lock your date. If you want lights up the week of Thanksgiving, tell us at booking and we'll schedule you the week before.
During the season, if a strand fails, one plug pops, or a timer stops firing, one call and we're back out at no charge. Mid-season service is included on every install. We stock enough spare LED cut to length that we can swap a failed strand in under 30 minutes.
Take-down is scheduled the first two weeks of January. We remove every strand, coil, tag with your name, and store in our facility for next year. Same lights re-installed next season means the cut lengths already match your roofline, install takes half the time in year 2.
Pricing starts at $895 for a standard single-story roofline. Palm trunk wraps, wreaths, garland, pathway and tree lighting all add. Every quote is on-site, no surprises. Deposit locks the date, balance on install day.

Walk the property, measure the roofline, agree on colors and accents.
2. Install (early-to-mid November)
Custom-cut strands, clipped, plugged, timer set, tested.
3. Mid-season service
Any failure gets fixed within 48 hours at no charge.
4. Take-down & storage (January)
Everything down, coiled, tagged and stored for next year.

Do you do palms and trees?+
Yes, trunk wraps and canopy lighting. Priced per palm.
