What if a strand fails mid-season?+
One call, we're back within 48 hours at no charge. Included on every install.
Do you take them down?+
Yes, first two weeks of January. Included in the install price. We store the strands for you.
Can I use my own lights?+
We install ours only, the commercial LED lasts 5+ seasons vs. 1–2 for hardware store lights. The unit economics work out.
