Commercial exterior cleaning is a scheduling problem more than a technical one. We can wash any surface, the real question is when we can do it without disturbing your operation. We run after-hours crews from 10 pm to 5 am on strip retail, restaurants and drive-thrus, and dayside crews on office and industrial. Same team every visit.
Storefront concrete needs a hot-water rotary surface cleaner to lift gum, sunscreen and food-court grime. We map every gum spot on the first visit, treat with a citrus solvent, then pass the cleaner. Awnings and building signage get soft-wash treatment, never pressure. Drive-thru lanes and dumpster pads run last so the runoff never crosses a walked path.
For fleet and trailer washing we bring the mobile rig to your yard. Truck tractors, box trailers, food trucks, party rentals, anything with a mostly-hard exterior. We use touchless soap-and-rinse to avoid brush marks on decals and wraps.
Insurance: $2M general liability + workers' comp. COI addressed to your management company on file. All techs are W-2 (no 1099 sub crews) and uniformed. Property managers get a per-visit photo report and monthly invoice.
Pricing is per scope, not per hour. Storefront washes start at $450 and go up with square footage and gum count. HOA and multi-unit programs get a quarterly or annual contract price, see the HOA & Multi-Unit page for details.
