Will you damage my paint or stucco?+
No. Everything is done under 500 PSI at the tip, and painted surfaces get a wider fan and more water. We've soft-washed 2,000+ homes without a claim.
Are windows and screens included?+
Basic rinse yes. Full window detail (interior/exterior + tracks) is available as an add-on.
Do you move patio furniture?+
Yes, we shift what we can and rinse under it. Anything you'd prefer we don't touch, just tell us at walkthrough.
How long does a house wash take?+
Most single-story homes take 2–3 hours. Two-story or 3,500+ sq ft can take 4–5 hours.
